are "indexing" or identifying the record even though it is under.

  • Index only the topmost indexable record, or the overlay, on the image. If the document behind the overlay is also a record that should be indexed in this project, do not index the information on the partially covered document.

See images 1 and 3. I believe they each should have 2 entries each, right?

    • When more than one document is shown in one image, index the document with the most recent or latest date.

    I think only the Oath is indexed on Image 1 and 3 since they have the most recent date.
