MX511dhe printer
We were told to hang onto it, in case of need for toner or use. Since reopening post-Covid closure, there has been no need. How do we dispose of it?

FYI - an adjacent ward took it.

I thought all printers and computers were provided by and property of FamilySearch Department and should be returned to them and not repurposed by anyone else.

Pam, when we reopened, FS told me that computers go back, but no other technology. We had 3 printers - one new, two older ones. FS said to see if a ward could use the oldest and to keep the other for the toner or as a back up. We found a ward home for the oldest printer and after a year+, we have not had a need for the other. The stake technology HC said another ward needed a printer, so we gave it to them. FM group will not pick up printers or technology. We've shipped back the obsolete computers (after wiping the HDD) and donated the obsolete monitors, small scanner, etc., that FS said to get rid of, to a Goodwill recycling location.
