No Access to Restricted Content at Family Center in Sao Paulo, Brazil - Chrome Extension Not Working

It is a legal holiday today in the USA, so I doubt that any technical staff is on duty to offer an official technical reply.
I'm planning to visit my FSC tomorrow, and I can report if there are any general problems then.

The FamilySearch Wiki page "FamilySearch Center Portal" has a link to an article which gives instructions about installing the required browser extension

Just to confirm that I visited my FSC and had no problem accessing restricted digitized films. It does not appear to be a system problem.
