i keep on getting this message when i click on a link to an image : This image is unavailable for online viewing at this time.

Any idea why and when it will be or how i can find out, it was available a while ago - link is https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/3:1:3Q9M-CSXD-921Q?i=573&cat=1049309

@Evakuj I have heard back and was told that the image you have in question is restricted due to data privacy and we cannot release the images at this time. I am not loving the answer that I was given so I am doing a bit more research. @Áine Ní Donnghaile your image in question appears to be a technical issue that they are working to get resolved. Stayed tuned for additional updates.

I don't have an answer, but I've also seen that a few times lately.

I even verified that the image was NOT available at the FSC or Affiliate. My example: https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:WW4Y-C8PZ I can still see other images in that record set.

@Stephanie V. Could this issue be escalated please? It does not appear to be a change in contract since other images in the same record set can still be viewed.

When accessing "Slovakia Church and Synagogue Books, 1592-1935, Jewish (Židovská obec), Nitra, Nitra", I've noted that, of the 17 volumes available for searching, the final 6 from "Births (Narodenia) 1871-1872 Marriages (Manželstvá) 1869-1870 Deaths (Úmrtia) 1856-1865, 1867-1868, 1869-1895" to "Index (Zoznam) 1851-1885" cannot be accessed.

The message "Image unavailable - This image is unavailable for online viewing at this time" is displayed. Is this due to a glitch in the system or have these particular volumes been withdrawn for another reason?

I'm carrying out research on Jewish ancestry for this region and would like to search these special volumes.

This one's a standard all-or-nothing multi-part film restriction. Item 10 is the problem in this case, as it includes marriage records up to 1945.

We're told that FS is working on breaking up such multi-part films so that the unrestricted parts can be viewed, but we have no time estimate on when that will become reality.
