Is image 1 an Oath of Allegiance?

US-Michigan Naturalization Records. Is image 1 an Oath of Allegiance? I don't see it written on the form anywhere, but the phraseology sounds like an OOA.

    It's worded somewhat differently than what we would normally see (like the NY project), but, yes, it is an OOA.
