"Oops, something went wrong, please refresh the page" message

Happens whenever I try to access *any* person's detail page. For instance, "https://www.familysearch.org/tree/person/details/GJ6M-53J". Doesn't happen when I view other links, such as "https://www.familysearch.org/tree/person/sources/GJ6M-53J". Started happening about 10pm MDT last night, and is still happening when I returned this afternoon. I've tried all sorts of different routes to get there, but always happens. The page partially loads, then in a flash is replaced by the message. Refreshing the page just repeats the behavior. Something similarly happened a few months' back, but resolved overnight; that didn't occur this time.

Have you cleared your cache and FamilySearch cookies and/or tried using a different browser to access FamilySearch?

I'm not having the problem, and I've been on the site all day yesterday and today. Windows 10 and using both Firefox and Chrome, all fully updated.

Thank you! That appears to have worked. Haven't done that in a while, or even had to think about it. Have to re-sharpen those trouble-shooting skills that have lapsed due to disuse. (But had to re-SignIn, to post this Thank-You.)

Yep, if you cleared all your cache & cookies, you will likely have to re sign-in to your other websites too.
