How do I request a copy of a record that I cannot see at a FHL affiliate?
I am working on a DAR application and a record I need is locked - even at the local FHL affiliate. I know there is an email address where I can send a request for a copy of the record, (I did it previously) but now I can't find it on the site. Can someone help me?
