Dependency icons

On my wife's computer. in familysearch.org, when selecting dependency to view tree, the only icon that show up to the right of the names is the blue one, even though further exploration reveals that either the light green or the dark blue icon should have appeared.
How can I fix this issue?

If you choose the icons you want to appear, as shown in this screenshot, they should show to the right of the individual ancestors.
