FamilySearch Center where Ancestry Institution Version is not operational
I am hoping that this is the correct forum to get assistance with this matter. If not, please direct me to the correct community for such a problem
We have a FamilySearch Center where only the Ancestry Institution Version is not accessible, but all other FamilySearch Center Premium Portal sites are accessible and operational.
I have checked another FamilySearch center in the stake, and the FamilySearch Premium Portal sites, including Ancestry Institutional version are working. (eg MyHeritage Library Edition, findmypast, etc)
This has been working in the past but we require some guidance on how to resolve this. (Note....This FamilySearch Center that has the problem has 2 Computers, and both can access all FamilySearch Premium Portal sites except Ancestry Institutional version)

That support is available from 8 AM to 8 PM Monday through Saturday and Sundays from Noon to 8 PM Mountain Time. They provide direct one on one and individual technical support for all the equipment in FamilySearch Centers in North America.
1-866-406-1830 Option 5, then Option 2 for English FamilySearch Center support.
