Image 1 in any batch cannot be a duplicate image. Image 2 is of the previous batch and is just that. It's in a previous batch. Image 1 is an Oath of Allegiance and will be indexed as such, with Jennie Boris as the name and 7/31/1956 as the record date.

Hello @cnclb There is a direction for Duplicate Images which will be helpful. At the bottom of the Project Instructions under General Indexing Guidelines you can click on this link to
Duplicate Images
- A duplicate image is another photo or a retake of a previous image in the SAME batch. The duplicate and the original images are both images of the same document or combination of documents, not merely 2 images of similar documents or 2 images of documents about the same people.
- If an image is a duplicate of a previous image in the same batch, type the information in the data entry area for the first image, and mark the second image as a duplicate.
- To mark an image as a duplicate, do the following:
1. Make sure you are viewing the duplicate image in the main viewing window.
2. In Step 1: Images, click the arrow to open the drop-down list, and then click No, Duplicate Image.
- If an image in a batch is a duplicate of an image in the previous batch, it cannot be marked as a duplicate and should be indexed normally.
