how do i add family members?
i am the daughter of herbert and margaret rumple but am not listed as her child.there were 6 children and only 1 is listed. i am on ancestry and can go back to early 1700 but can not find correct info on here.

Profiles of living people can only be seen and edited by the person who created the profile. If you haven't added your relationship to your parents yourself, then those relationships do not exist on FS yet.
It's in fact true of the public, collaborative tree as well: the only data in it is what users just like you and me have entered in it (or in FS's preceding systems). Family trees don't just magically seed and grow themselves.

Since you are living, even if someone has added you, you won't see your profile. Profiles of the living are only visible to the person who added that profile.

Hi Catherine I suggest you call the help line at 1-866-406-1830. Hours are 8am to 8pm Mountain Time Monday thru Saturday and 1pm to 8pm Mountain Time on Sunday. They will be able to look at your tree and help get it connected correctly.
