merge read-only person

I need someone with authority to get rid of LNDX-PXC.

She needs to be merged with KWCW-BGJ

because these 2 ID#'s are married to the same read-only man, I can't do it... even though I'm her grandson.

Any tips on finding who can help me with this would be great.
