Why don't I see the front and back of the same document in my batch?

I see two images for two different documents instead of the front and and back of the same document. Why not keep the front and back of the document together with each other?

Please share your batch code. Your batch code can be found at the top of your indexing screen and looks like [AAAA-111], under Batch ---> About Batch and Help ---> Share Batch.
