Do I index the Missouri Naturalization record if they show District of Nebraska?

    Yes. The example of How To Index a Declaration of Intention, Form 1 in the Project Instructions is the exact form as your image with Omaha as the Event Place.

    Hi Alison, thanks for sharing your batch.

    The Declaration of Intention, Form 2 is like your batch. You would index the Event Place as Omaha, Nebraska, United States. You should also mark the Record Number blank since 422 is the page number and the field help and example both show not to use the page numbers. You would not index a birthplace for any of these individuals. Being a subject of a place doesn't always mean they were born there.
