Great-Grandmother doesn't appear on my tree

My Great-Grandmother doesn't show up with my Great-Grandfather. The relationship exists, but the tree doesn't show it. How can I get it to show?

I have resolved this issue by carefully reviewing the duplicate relationship and then deleting it.

@henrydanielhall1 Can you share the PIDs, the identifying codes next to their names? It's easier to answer your question when we have the specific profiles, to see what is already there or what conflict may be affecting the display.

KWCQ-WT4 is my Great-Grandmother, KWCQ-WT3 is my Great-Grandfather.

Ah - so your great grandparents are showing with no children. Since your great grandmother only passed in 2002, I'm guessing that means her children are still living, and we can't see them, since the privacy of the living is protected. Only the person who entered the profile of a living person can see it.

Have you entered profiles for the children of your great grandparents (your grandparents) and profiles for your parents? You have to enter that information yourself, to connect from your profile to the nearest deceased generation.

There are profiles for my parents and grandparents.

My Grandmother (Her Daughter) does appear twice on my Great-Grandfather's profile. Would that affect which tree is displayed?

Yes, having multiple relationships of the same type will affect tree display. I think the Descendancy chart is the only one that will show all spouses; on the pedigree and fan charts, it can only show one spouse and one set of parents. Which one that is is a per-user setting that you can change using the "Set Preferred" button at the top left of the Family Members section on the profile's Details page. (I believe the setting defaults to "most recently edited when this user first looked at this profile".)

If your grandmother's extra relationship to her father is unintentional, you can delete it. Here's a thread describing such a situation: https://community.familysearch.org/en/discussion/comment/512052#Comment_512052.
