Digital Copy

My father wrote a family memory book but the format is 16.5'' by 12''. It is too big to scan it on my scanner. Anybody has ideas of how to make a digital copy of it?

Do you have a good library nearby? Many have oversized book scanning equipment. If not, check with a local office supply store. I don't want to mention brand names here, but I know of a number of shipping companies that are also imaging/copying companies. Check with a local one.
