I see some early Intention to File where what looks like a wife's name is typed in between printed lines. Says, "Rosa lives with me." Am I correct to ignore it since no relationship is given?

If that's what it says, mark the sex and corresponding spousal fields blank. Rosa, for all we know, could be his wife, but could also be his mother, child, niece, etc.
