I experienced a brief glitch earlier this afternoon where the person I was working on kept going to the "something has gone wrong" message. It cleared up after about a minute. I spent that minute using my browser's "back" and "forward" buttons to discover that it was just the one profile doing it: the details page would load for a fraction of a second, then the error page would replace it. Is this anything like what you're seeing, @AnneShelley?0
