I cannot access the information for G7XP-DM2. Why is that?

The error message tells me to refresh and I sign out and sign back in and get same message.

    Many elements of the FamilySearch website use a similar alphanumeric designator, so it's hard to know if you are looking for a person with just the code.

    If you still cannot access, you might try using a different browser or clearing your cache/FS cookies in you preferred browser.

    I experienced a brief glitch earlier this afternoon where the person I was working on kept going to the "something has gone wrong" message. It cleared up after about a minute. I spent that minute using my browser's "back" and "forward" buttons to discover that it was just the one profile doing it: the details page would load for a fraction of a second, then the error page would replace it. Is this anything like what you're seeing, @AnneShelley?

    Yes, this caused me a lot of confusion, too - especially with the problem being just with the one ID.
