I have 2 different number one in my tree & one in my husbands. I tried to add him to my tree thinking he would be identified and the message came back unknown record. I have 2 record ID #'s in his. Following Web site directions to merge me does not occur. What to do?

@NealRuth, profiles for living people are only visible to the account that created them. Your account will have different IDs for you and your husband than what your husband has in his account for himself and you. This is by design, to protect privacy. You join up to the collaborative tree with your deceased relatives.
