@Yvonne3716 Hi Yvonne - It appears that you are trying to do this using your public Family Search account. You need to switch to your member family search account and then you should be able to set up your ancestry account. If you don't remember access to your member account, you may want to call 866-406-1830 for help getting access to that account. Phone hours are 8am to 8pm Monday thru Sat and 1pm to 8pm Sunday. All times are Mountain Time.
