Family Groups
Just for a little background, I am a professional genealogist and have been given 'helper' information from our clients.
I have noticed in the last couple weeks, I can no longer access or even see their Family Groups. Has the access changed or have they actually been deleted? If you need specifics, I can give them in a direct email. I greatly appreciate your help.
Nevermind, I just saw the notice that as of April 10th, only a member logged in on their own account can see their temple tab information. However, I can still see names under "my reservations"... will this ability also be going away because it is under the temple tab as well?

The April 10th notification applies to the Temple tab here in the FamilySearch Community. It doesn't apply to the FamilySearch Family Tree.
Please see this updated Help Center article regarding what Helpers have access to and what they don't have access to: What does a Helper do?

Interesting, an adjustment must still have been made on FamilySearch as I was able to do the things I mentioned just three weeks ago (share submissions with the Family Group, view the family group, and so on). This must be a recent revision. Thanks for your response.

@Emily Henderson @Amy Archibald, I just logged in as a Helper to someone who I know has a family group. I was unable to see that group and I am almost certain I could see it a couple of weeks ago? In fact I think I shared one of her reserved names to her family group too.

When previously signed in as a helper, could you see who else belonged to that family group? If so then I would wonder if the programmers realized there could be some privacy concerns and had to block that part of the function. As a helper one has permission from the person being helped to see that person's information but that would not extend to anyone else in the group, even if it was just the other group members' names.

I don't think I ever looked at the family group members list, but I do remember sharing a name from the patron's reserve to their family group. But as I think more about it, it may have been me as Helper for my wife which would have been a different case than Emily's because I would have been a member of that group myself.
