Does this fit the project guidelines for indexing?

Project instructions require a name and a date. While this image is different than all others I've seen, it does have names and dates. I would need to make multiple entries for the image. Any suggestions for image 3? Extractable yes or no?

I'm sorry. I think this is a project restricted for missionaries due to privacy issues. I totally forgot. I will try to delete my post and thanks for your willingness to help.

@LaurieSomes, Don't worry too much about deleting your post, its my experience that whenever a Project is restricted for privacy issues, no one who is unauthorized as a member of the specific group/missionaries will be able to open the project. That protection is built into Find A Project button and the Share Batch capability. Best wishes in all your endeavors, 😎

@Maile L --Just a suggestion -- the post and discussion with @LaurieSomes is an excellent reason why indexers/reviewers should use Share Batch instead of screen shots in this Forum. Maybe you can get the word out to FS Staff and those trying to teach indexing that teaching Share Batch is extremely important (my opinion) to making agreements/contracts with government and other record owners. Thanks for everything you do for this Forum and for each of us. 😎 and thanks to Laurie too😎
