South Africa- Dutch Reformed Church Registery 1660–1970 [Part C] [M3XX-3ZJ]
So, in the project notes, it states to index the Column on right hand page noted: AANGEKOM with WANNEER under it. There is also a WANNEER AAKGENEEM column on the left side of the register. I am finding that both columns are being indexed, is this correct or should it only be the column on the right hand side with the others being marked as blank?
Batch code- M3XX-3ZJ
Thank you so much for your help..

Hi Michelle
Let me explain:
If there is a date in the 'Wanneer voorgestel' column, and no date in the ' wanneer aangekomen' column, then you use the 'wanneer voorgestel' column. This is the date when he/she was confirmed and adopted to be a legitimate member of the current church.
If there is a date in the 'wanneer aangekomen' column only, use that date. This means that he/she/they have come from another church in another town perhaps, and is now a member of the current church.
