Can I upload changes from Ancestry tree to my Family Search tree
I use Ancestry as my working tree where I add and update information. Is there a way to import changes and sync with my Family Search Tree? Or do I need to manually enter that information?
I really hope it is the former and not the latter!
Thanks Much!

It's easier to do in the opposite direction, but it's not a direct sync process.
If you use Family Tree Maker software, you can download a branch from the FSFT (FamilySearch Family Tree) to FTM (Family Tree Maker) and then upload that tree to Ancestry.
You can create a GEDCOM from your Ancestry tree and then upload it to the Genealogies section of the FamilySearch website. You CAN then try to integrate it with the FSFT, but it doesn't work really well and I don't recommend it.
There are some options for LDS Church members with Ancestry. I can't speak to those in detail since I'm not a member of the Church.
RootsMagic and Legacy both also offer some options to the FSFT. Legacy's, I believe, is oriented toward LDS Church members.

Yes, LDS church member are offered the connection between the two sites, allowing info transferral.
See 'Solutions Gallery'??' At the bottom of the FSTree page.
You might ask Ancestry WHY they don't offer it to ALL Ancestry members. It would seem helpful to BOTH sites???

Well, that stinks! I am not an LDS member and I have built out my tree on Ancestry. I guess I will stop adding to my Family Search tree but use the search function when needed.
Thanks all for the info!

@CaptBob It's part of a partnership agreement BETWEEN FamilySearch and Ancestry. I don't think pointing fingers at one is helpful. FS has similar partnership agreements with the other major genealogy website providers.

@MMichele I work in both environments. I have numerous trees in Ancestry and I pretty much keep things up in FamilySearch as well. I feel much better having things in both environments.
