I can select 'Search' and then select 'Catalog' but then see a blank page, why?
I can select 'Search' and then select 'Catalog' but then see a blank page, why?
Under 'search', I can select 'Records, Images, Family tree, Genealogies, ...Books and Researh Wiki' and can see the files.
But when I select 'Catalog' I just get a blank page; any ideas why I can't see Catalog?

Do you have an adblocker installed, such as uBlock, Adblock, or MalwareBytes Browser Guard?

Have you tried accessing from a different browser or clearing your cache and FamilySearch cookies in your preferred browser?

I have just cleared my cache and cookies, also tried accessing via another browser but still have the same issue.
Any other suggestions?

Any chance you are using a Mac? There have been reports of issues on Macs with older operating systems.

Not using Mac.
I have just successfully logged into my account on a freinds computer and can now see 'Catalog'.
Issue must be with settings on my laptop but don't know what is blocking me accessing 'Catalog' page.

Thank you Aine Ni Donnghaile for pointing me in the right direction, turns out it was an Ad Blocker that I wasn't aware was on - sorted!
