Site update is not working for me.
I can no longer enter a spouse's name. When I click on the link, it only partially shows "Enter by Name or ID Number," but cuts off the area to enter the name.
What device and browser are you using? Are you on an iPad/iPhone? To me it almost sounds like your in screen keyboard is blocking the view of field entry? If you have zoom options for the app/browser - zooming to a smaller setting may display more but proportionally might be less readable for you.
It might help if you can include what device/system you are using - or a screenshot of what you see in the new version.0
Thank you for your reply. I'm on a 14-year-old Mac Mini (2009) desktop, which can no longer be updated.
Yes, the trouble was my browser, Firefox, which is up-to-date. Also, my older version of Safari didn't work, but I switched to my Opera browser and now everything is working great!

Not sure I understand the query. Are you clicking on where it says BY NAME? This will open up the popup to enter the details.0
Hi, Sorry, this is hard to explain, but when I click the link to add a name the window does not open all the way. I see "BY NAME - BY ID Number", but when I click on either (NAME or ID) nothing happens. There is no way to enter information. This only started happening with the new user interface. I had no problem before this.0
