Record Search, main page, is not showing results since about 6pm/ 4/8/2023
Hello All,
I've not been able to see any search results since roughly 6pm. I can edit the family trees & search using "Find", but the record search page is giving me this:
When I click "Refresh" I briefly see the message "Something Went Wrong".
I have cleared the cache & rebooted the browser, to no avail. I also tried updating apps., but no change.
Anybody else having this problem?

Yes! I'm totally having the same issue with the search function.

I was just able to perform a search without difficulty.
I would be interested to know if you have the same issue using the FamilySearch Family Tree (Android or iOS) app on a smart phone?
You can also try All Collections Search or Discovery Search.

I also just verified, and the search completes. I do see Steven's view for a second or two before the page appears. Windows 10, Firefox, both fully updated.
For those who are having the issue, have you tried the same search using a different browser? And, if that works, clearing cache/cookies should resolve the problem.

Thank you for the feedback.
The issue seemed to resolve yesterday & this afternoon, but again this evening, 4/10/23, I'm having the same problem. If this were an issue with my system, I'd be having it all the time, wouldn't I? I, again, deleted the cache & rebooted the browser. I refreshed the page repeatedly. Nothing has helped.
I use the site quite bit & I'm wondering if my usage of the site is creating this issue.

@StevenMartin61 Clearing cookies and cache thing to try. Those temp files build up fast if you are doing a lot of searching. Also be sure you are using a supported and up-to-date browser. How is your internet speed? Do you use a VPN? Do you have browser add-ons that might be hampering things?
