New Person Pedigree Page
I am finding it difficult to use the New Person Page. I get error messages every time I try to find a person or tree of family that I entered. The error message is 500. It will not bring up the tree or person flowcharts. I tried to load a picture for my ex-husband and it says there is no relationship. This has been happening since the change went into effect on Apr 1 2023. Can you tell me how to correct? I hate this new version.

First - have you tried the basic troubleshooting steps of using a different browser and/or clearing your cache and cookies in your preferred browser?
The 500 error is not exclusive to the New Person Page. We had a spate of 500 errors a few weeks/months ago, when many of us were still using the Old Person Page.

Thanks so much for the help, that did the trick. Had been several days since I cleared my browser history.
