US, Pennsylvania, Middle District—Naturalization Indexes, 1906–1991[MQ79-6WC]

I am reviewing the above batch. I have a question on Image #2. Image lists a name only without any information as to dates. It has DEC stamped on the card. Should this be marked as No Extractable Data or should it be indexed as normal with all fields except the name marked blank? Thank you for your help in advance.

In the project instructions we read:

    • Naturalization records that include only a name should still be indexed.

With that in mind I would say yes index image #2.

    Hope this answers your question🙂
