Reporting Errors

I am not an expert user of this system so perhaps I'm just looking in the wrong places, but I cannot find a way to report errors in the information you are sending me. Specifically, I received an announcement yesterday of a new document attached to an ancestor. However, that person is not my relative. You need a straight-forward way for users to report these issues so that you can either correct your data or show the user the error of his/her ways.

The Family Tree is fully open-edit. Anyone can edit/correct/change. If you have found that a profile is incorrectly connected to your family, you can make the edit yourself. If you're not comfortable doing that, you can supply details (PID numbers) and ask for help here. You can also contact other users, who may have attached that record, through the private messaging system.

There's not a "corporate FamilySearch" to report errors in the tree. We all work together to make the tree as good as we can make it.

There is an Ghanain/ African man added people to the Polish side of my family tree. I cannot tell if it is an honest error or phishing attempt. What do I do? I'm concerned about abuse if I make contact.
