Membership Ancestry question

I am a member The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and received a free copy of Ancestry.com. Every time I use it, I am required to change the password even if I sign out after I finish using it. Where do I go for help. There are no contact numbers listed that I can find.
