How can I add a Birth date?

I know the date, but its a new laptop and I did press hard enough. Please, how can i either delete this andf start over or just enter the date?

Any information that is added is editable in the correct screen. This screen is the Vitals section on the Person page. Click on the pencil beside what field needs to be edited.
