nothing comes up when I click on a person from my family tree
My tree comes up but when I try to click on a person nothing comes up - when I try the new layout nothing shows either - I spend a lot of time doing the family tree so I am very frustrated

Have you both tried the usual troubleshooting steps? (Try with a different browser or device; if it works there, clear your FS-related cache and cookies in the original browser. Also, make sure your browser is up to date.)
