Sometimes we may have a question or want to report an issue or error pertaining to individuals that would not be appropriate to address on the public Community forum. Is the email link the best way to report an issue directly to FamilySearch?

Cllick the Help button (? inside a circle) and look for the Contact Us option.

    Or create a post here:

    "Dear Moderators:

I have an issue to discuss that is not appropriate for a public board. Could one of you please send me a private message that I can reply to with my issue?"

If you look a the top right hand side of Quick Links here on this page, you will also see that the top one is "Contact Us." You could us that, also.

Is the issue with someone here on Community, or on Family Tree? They are different platforms. @Áine Ní Donnghaile gave what to do if on Family Tree. @Gordon Collett gave what to do if on Community.

The Help Button I mentioned is right at the top of this page, IOW, in the Community.

    Yes.

The rest of FamilySearch has a similar button.
