    Unconnected Person

    I am having trouble adding unconnected persons. It only works sporadically, otherwise once the person's information is entered it goes into a never ending search that fails to find a match or create the new person.

      Either the system is timing out on you, which it can when the site is particularly busy, your operating system needs to be updated, your browser needs to be updated, or your website cache and cookies need to be cleared. The last is particularly important when the site has updated. Your browser can easily get confused.

      Do the updates and cache/cookie clearing then post again if things are still not working and include your device, operating system and version, and browser and version.
