I received an email from Family Search that said I was related to Pocahontas. When I hit the button to give me the complete lineage, it just spins and never comes up. Do you know why I can’t get the thing to work. Secondly, when I logged on to my family tree, all of the photographs are missing. Is there a setting I need to change to get the photos back on my tree? It used to be easy to call and get help from a Family Search volunteer. Now, I can’t even find a number to call. The website is now so complicated that I am totally lost. My name is George Charles Franklin. I do not have my person number available as I write, but will make note of it for ready reference if you need it. Thank you for a reply.

@George Charles Franklin, you can report a problem here in Community. When you do, please make a separate post for each issue you are having so they can be addressed separately. Many people mistakenly received a notification about being related to Pocahontas. We are sorry that you are among that group.
