I would like to add to this. Also praise.
I have been researching for over 25 years. During that time I went from - Individual research only available to me, with occasional emails and phone calls to other interested parties - to Intensive collaboration, including myriad genealogical reports created from my data application sent to others as my data (and cousins) expanded - to a self funded web site that contained a small portion of my data - to An Ancestry Tree.
I am no longer young, and I have had under consideration a means to ensure that some of my data is recorded in such a way as to be available to 'everyone'; 'free of charge'; 'in perpetuity'.
A couple of years back I thought of one day making an offline website and cutting a DVD. The idea was OK, but the reality is that one is never finished. Every solved mystery ancestor adds 2 more mysteries. The more I added, the larger my pool of unknowns grew.
The One World Tree has resolved my issue. I am now working my way through ensuring that everything I know about my direct line is recorded therein. Souced appropriately. Using copious notes if there are queries or options to choose from.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart for all the work your team have put into the design of this socially important tool.

I was so sceptical when all the new improvements started to be introduced. First thought was I am too old to keep on learning new ways to use FamilySearch. But I have continued on in my daily work and as I have used the program changes I am finding that they are great improvements to an already great Program! Thank you FamilySearch!

What a nice comment! How nice of you! Yes, I found the new person page very superior in function a long time ago. I, too am old, but I had no problems figuring my way through many new features. Other new features I've learned through posts here in the community.
