I cannot sign into FamilySearch or FamilySearch Community using Safari which is my usual browser.

I was able to sign into both using Chrome.

I have cleared my browsing history in Safari.

Using an iMac and Safari macOSMonterey version 12.1 which I think is the 2nd most recent Safari version.

I cannot attempt to sign in, as the sign in page will not open.

    The current version of Safari is 16.3. Monterey can run 16.3 just fine so double check your Safari version, update it if you need to and see it that helps.

    I'm been in using Safari this morning without any trouble.

    You could try another route to see if the system takes you to the sign in page.

    Here's a link to a search for James Smith born in Manchester England between 1880 and 1891.

    https://www.familysearch.org/search/record/results?count=20&m.defaultFacets=on&m.facetNestCollectionInCategory=on&m.queryRequireDefault=on&q.birthLikeDate.from=1880&q.birthLikeDate.to=1891&q.birthLikePlace=manchester&q.givenName=James&q.recordCountry=England&q.surname=Smith

    You'll need to copy the link and create a bookmark in Safari. Then, If you're not signed in, when you follow the link, you will be directed to the sign in page instead.

    No guarantees, but it might work.

    @Gordon Collett

    I have upgraded to the latest version of Monterey, Monterey 12.16.3 and that has fixed the problem, so thank you for that suggestion Gordon.

    IMacs/Safari also seems to have a more recent system called macOS Ventura 13.2.1, so perhaps I will need to update to that sometime.
