How do I view a BOOK that is restricted due to copyright
I am looking to view the book "Kent." Title #376640 by Leslie A. KENT and Vivien Kent. I live in DC and it is not in the WorldCat system. Any help would be appreciated!

That book may be a manuscript - the research of the husband and wife team of Leslie and Vivien. That would explain why it is not in any other library.
I see from her obituary that Vivien died in 2020 and she was predeceased by her husband. You might try contacting the family members mentioned in the obituary.
