Brief History in FamilySearch
I went this morning to add to my brief history that I had started some time ago on my page in FamilySearch. Everything I had put in previously is gone.
If you want stories and histories why has mine been wiped out?

The recent changes/change log should answer what happened (all changes are supposed to be logged). I wonder if you are on the Details tab - where previous brief history would have been (not the new About tab)? Ony profile I see the new About tab has the computer generated brief life history of me.

Do you mean you can't find Brief Life History or you found it and it's empty? The Brief Life History is now at the bottom of the page. Scroll down and it is there. I just looked at a Brief Life History I did in 2019, and it has not been removed. The text of some Brief Life Histories - I understand - have been moved to Notes if some sort of AI process thinks they look like collaborative notes instead of a life history. You might want to look there as well.

@genthusiast The about tab and the Brief life History are 2 different things. When on the Details tab, Brief Life History is still there. Scroll down and right below Other Relationships you will see Brief Life History. Unlike the About tab, Brief Life history is an open text editor to type what you want.

In some cases, the Brief History was moved to a Note - that happened a few months ago. Be sure to check the Note section on that profile.
