Allow source or reason this is correct when adding a child or spouse
It would be helpful if I could document that the new name I am adding was found in an obituary or some other source.

when adding any detail there is a free form text box, add woteva detail you like
or, add a record after , somewhat tricky at first but it can be amended to look more right proper later on
