Signage for FamilySearch Centers
As communicated in this Church notice from January 10, 2023, all official family history centers now use the name FamilySearch Center. In accordance with this change, information and materials will soon be provided to your area meetinghouse facilities manager (AMFM) for use in working with facilities managers to install new interior signs at each FamilySearch Center in 2023. AMFMs will be provided with a list of official FamilySearch Centers in their areas.
The signs in these centers should be reviewed and replaced as facilities managers perform their scheduled work and site visits. The signs can be manufactured locally or ordered through eMarket. Facilities management groups will be provided with ordering information and a tool for reporting sign installation at each supported FamilySearch Center.
Facilities managers should also evaluate exterior signs and ensure they are within current guidelines. If an exterior sign does not align with the guidelines, it should be replaced by 2026 as part of future building refresh and update cycles. This FamilySearch Center Signage & Standards Guide offers sign options and other information about the recommended center environment.
FamilySearch Center signs will not be installed at unofficial centers. For requests to commission or decommission a center, please refer to section 5 of the FamilySearch Center Operations Guide.
The Family History Department will fund project costs.

Where do we find the FamilySearch Center Signage & Standards Guide - can a link be posted? A search in the help center yielded no result. Thanks!

That is a document that Facilities Management has in their possession. The above information is an extract from Facilities Management inter-department communications. And was posted to help you understand the process and the time for completing the projects.

So there is this document posted: FamilySearch Center Operations Guide 2023, February 23, 2023, at:
https://www.familysearch.org/en/fieldops/article/familysearch-center-operations-guide-2023
If you are signed in to FamilySearch, and select to view as a member, you will see that it has an appendix H, which I had never seen before.
Appendix H: FamilySearch Center Standards Guide for Leaders, February 22, 2023.
Appendix H is interesting reading, at least as of this posting. In it (about 2 paragraphs from the bottom) is a link to FamilySearch Center Signage and Standards Guide, the document you are looking for. The first part of that document tells about signage. But starting on p. 49 is the FamilySearch Center Standards Guide which gives an overview of FSC objectives, experience principles, and standards.
I saw this on 23 Feb, but didn't post anything, since I thought maybe it was a mistake that it was available. But it is still up, so I guess that they intended to make it available.
Another interesting thing is that the 2023 FSC Op Guide, in section 12, describes Bring Your Own Device.
"A web browser extension is available for users who choose to bring their own devices to a FamilySearch center. The extension only works through the FamilySearch center portal while at a FamilySearch center in a regular center or meetinghouse location. The extension allows users access to premium websites, including free access to many third-party subscription genealogical sites.” [emphasis is mine]
While this stuff is publicly available, I wouldn't say that it has been announced. Not like the name change to FSC has been announced. I suggest that we don't get too excited. The brethren will tell us about things as they are ready to roll them out. President Nelson told us to eat our vitamin pills. At my age, I may have trouble keeping up.

The link you reference takes one to https://id.churchofjesuschrist.org/, a login page. However, I cannot login on the page.
