I looked at this record because it said Islington but I do not see it anywhere on the record. Please help me understand or help me know how to report this if it is truly a mistake/problem.

I clicked on "view on..." on this record: https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:XWLG-26V

The link took me to this record: https://search.findmypast.co.uk/record?id=GBC/1911/RG14/00795/0665&parentid=GBC/1911/RG14/00795/0665/1

When you view the record on FindMyPast.com, click on the "Extra Record" tab at the bottom right. Then you'll have the option to see the covering sheets and other info and see that the address is Islington.
