Let me start with a general comment. I had proposed a structure for discussion titles on https://community.familysearch.org/de/discussion/129680/what-title-would-be-best-for-postings and hope for many opinions: what do you think about this? Alternatively you could just adopt this format in your future postings 😉. To use your posting as example, a good title would be Parish(??) - marriage - year(??) - Tschanz - transcription.
This already indicates that with any reading request the parish and the year should be mentioned: knowing the parish often is a big help to decipher place names; knowing the year helps to do time specific further research. It also is often very useful to see a larger section, e.g. the entire page, to "get used" to a given handwriting.
But to answer your question - luckily in this case the handwriting is very clear 😉. This seems to be a wedding announcement documentation - not the wedding entry itself - which likely took place in Oberburg. These announcements were reported back to the home parishes - so knowing which from which parish this snippet was copied would yield additional information.

I agree with WSeelentag except for one point:
In the state of Bern there is a parish of Diessbach and a parish of Oberdiessbach. Diessbach is located to the north of the city of Bern, while Oberdiessbach is located southeast of it.
To be precise the handwriting states, that Ausser-Birrmoos belongs to the parish of Oberdiessbach.

@Daniel57704 You are correct. When I first read your comment, I thought "well - I have just transcribed the entry" (because I remembered reading Oberdiessbach) - but then I saw that I had forgotten to type the "Ob=" in K.Ob=Dießbach ... sorry for that 😪.
That the family seems to have moved (baptised in Oberdiessbach - but confirmed in Diessbach) may add to the confusion.
