Wife

Theresia Magdalena Rothleutner G3DL-VB1

B: 26 July 1901

Ewing, Holt, Nebraska, United States

Husband

Everett Lou Rupe LJTN-7GQ

3 March 1898 – 22 November 1984

1930 census shows he was still single

1956 first daughter was married.

Must have been married in the early 1930s.

I looked on ancestry.com and did not find any marriage dates. Could I get some hints on where to find this marriage date?

Found a newspaper article that includes the marriage date; I cannot access the image from here. I suppose you can access it from a FamilySearch Center:

Obituary of Theresia Magdalena Rothleutner, d. 31 Mar 1995: https://search.ancestry.com/cgi-bin/sse.dll?indiv=1&dbid=61843&h=608121433&tid=&pid=&queryId=c0abbc4d06598b88d6cfc849d6c69d3a&usePUB=true&_phsrc=Pnv493&_phstart=successSource

A couple of other sources to consider. I'm not convinced they are a match, but you might want to be aware of them:

    Nebraska marriage in 1935: https://search.ancestry.com/cgi-bin/sse.dll?indiv=1&dbid=62096&h=497581&tid=&pid=&queryId=c0abbc4d06598b88d6cfc849d6c69d3a&usePUB=true&_phsrc=Pnv493&_phstart=successSource

    Wyoming marriage in 1960: https://search.ancestry.com/cgi-bin/sse.dll?indiv=1&dbid=61829&h=80369&tid=&pid=&queryId=c0abbc4d06598b88d6cfc849d6c69d3a&usePUB=true&_phsrc=Pnv493&_phstart=successSource

I found these by clicking the "search records" button for Ancestry on Theresia's Family Tree profile page.

Please, let us know what you are finding and what additional questions you have! Together we can help each other fill in the puzzle pieces.

    I found the date.

November 23, 1932. But how would I find the place where they were married?

The date of marriage in an obituary is as valid as the knowledge/memory of the person who wrote the obituary and as accurate as the typesetting at the newspaper. It's probably accurate but always worth verifying from an original source.
