Merging

I found Sarah with the surname of Shuffill (her maiden name is Belworthy). She was with her husband and 3 children. I already had her with her husband and 1 daughter. So I tried to merge them. I only needed to add 2 children as I already had one. Well I got them together. But below I have her with her daughter. They have the same ID as the ones I have. How do I get them together if they have the same ID.

Sarah Belworthy 1846-1899 MSDZ-Z78

Florence Shuffill 1875-1895 L4B2-Y6S

Florence appears twice on Sarah's page because she has an extra relationship with just Sarah. Remove it and the Family Members section will appear as expected.

To remove the extraneous relationship, go to either woman's Family Members section and find Florence where she appears under just Sarah, and click the edit/pencil to the right of Florence's name.

On the resulting popup, scroll down to Florence and click "Remove or Replace" under her name. Check the "I have read..." box and choose "Remove", then follow the prompts to finish the process.
