How do I add information to Read Only Memories?
I would like to add histories and pictures of my relatives, who are descendants of Joseph F. Smith and have been placed in Read Only files. I received instructions a year ago on how to do this but they did not include an email address of where to send the information. Perhaps the instructions have changed. Please contact me so I can complete these additions.

I would contact the person who gave you the instructions, or your Family Search Center in your ward or stake building.

No one on the local level (ward or stake) can provide access to Read Only Files. This access only comes through Family Search Support. I received an email from them (fssupport@msg.familysearch.org) that I recently found a paper copy of. It is dated February 17, 2022 at 12:20 PM. I received a reply to my original inquiry on how to add memories to Read Only Files. The File #FSSDS-1205 and was under the heading of Alice Ann Kimball Smith KWNJ-4QR. Today I sent them an email with my files to be posted on Read Only Files and they responded with this:

I inadvertently lost the electronic copy of the email that was sent to me. Please don't ask me to look for it in my spam or trash folders. It is not there. That advice is not useful.
How do I respond to Family Search Support under the file number listed above in bold without starting the process completely over?
Please help me. William H. Nebeker

Thank you for asking about adding memories to a Read Only profile. This has been submitted for investigation. We will get back to you as soon as we have an answer. Thank you so much for your kindness and patience while this is being addressed.

Thank you Maile for your response. Actually I know the answer to my own question. It requires that someone from Family Search in that certain department that helps people download memories to Read Only Files, sends me an email with a link that allows me to return to them my files with the Read Only Memories. I've done it before, but lost the email that was sent. It's now taking months and months to get Family Search to respond to me a second time. Guess I'll just keep patiently waiting.
