Server Glitch

What is being done to address the current server glitch which causes the sources page to drop out instructing you to refresh the page? Refreshing the page does nothing but continue to run the system in circles giving the "Oops, something went wrong. Please refresh the page." message (pictured) every time you refresh the page. This is an on going problem that first appeared around the first of the year 2023. This is the second time I have reached out to Family Search in regards to the glitch.

Would you please provide the ID number and the source for this problem? Thank you.

It's not ID specific. It does it with all ID's when accessing the source page attached to that ID. It doesn't do it every time you access the I'D. The glitch randomly shows up across all ID's and is getting worse as time goes on. Closing the page you're on when the glitch happens and reopening a new page and search is the only way I have been able to get around it and that doesn't always work without multiple attempts.
