Help finding a relative

Hi,

was wondering how I could go about finding a relative that I feel I’ve exhausted all known possibilities within my capability. I am looking for Isabel Miranda (Ramirez may be her other last name) she had my great grandfather in Santo Tomas, San Salvador, El Salvador. I found her partner and that side of the family but can’t find her.

Any help would be appreciated thank you

It appears you have a name and a place, however you have not included any dates or family members that may lead you records for Isabel. You may wish to contact your local Family History Consultant or visit your local FamilySearch Center. I have provide a wiki page to find a Center near you.
