I am indexing Land Records, Grantors, in some of the transactions, there are four names listed.

Do I create a new record for each Grantor and Grantee?

For the records in the attached file, do I create separate entries for Amy A Bush and J S Buifon, Amy A Bush and U S Buifon, Frank B Bush and J S Buifon, and Frank B Bush and U S Buifon:

Yes, you will create 4 separate entries. For future reference, please provide the batch code and not a screenshot. The batch code can be found at the top of the indexing screen and looks like [1111-AAA], under Batch ---> About Batch and Help ---> Share batch.
